Answer

You have three 2-hour sessions you can use per day on the second floor computers in the library.

If your time decreases to under five minutes and there are still other computers available, you will be automatically prompted to extend your time by a half-hour indefinitely until closing time.

Because the new library is a combined public and college library, we have more users than we ever have before. The two-hour time limit (twice that of any other Phoenix Public Library) was created to allow the maximum number of Library users to take advantage of the computers in “The Edge,” our second-floor computer lab.

There are also six “express” computers on the first floor that can be used as many times a day as you like for up to 15 minutes each session. They’re located right next to the printer---great for a quick print job before class!

And finally, don’t forget, all students have access to SMCC’s Computer Commons with no daily time limit.
