Hi Angela,

Thank you for your question.  The best place to begin your research is to use the college's subscription databases to newspaper articles, as this is a current topic in today's national conversation.  You can use the Proquest National News, or Lexis-Nexis.  Lexis-Nexis also provides access to a lot of legal materials -- court cases and statues... 

If you click on the Pro/Con link from the articles and databases page, you will also find two great resources that will help you -- CQ Researcher and Opposing ViewPoints....
