Discussion with the regional Canvas coordinator and all regional users. Speedgrader is being optimized for speed which will improve efficiency for large courses. Account level grading schemes will create a default grading scale for all courses and faculty would need to check the box for enabling a course grading scheme. Faculty will be able to export Canvas rubrics in a .csv file. Microlearning is enabled using Impact by Instructure. AI for discussions is available for students to use. AI for In Box messaging can also be used to translate the message to another language. Block Editor will be in beta testing at the end of November. LTI for Khanmigo AI Teacher tool is now available for Canvas. Not all of the updates apply to South Mountain Community College.
